The main goal of this update is to modernise the document. The Board has been working on this for some time, and it will be put to a vote at this year\u2019s AGM on 13th November 2024.<\/p>\n<p>We have reviewed the draft with several former Committee Members, made revisions based on their feedback. The comparison table highlights the key differences between the old and new documents to make it easier to navigate. You may also request a hard copy from the office.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to review the document and share any feedback by emailing us prior to the AGM at <a href=\"mailto:feedback@northbridgegolfclub.com.au\">feedback@northbridgegolfclub.com.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Our approach follows the path taken by many golf clubs across Australia, using a recommended template from Golf NSW as the foundation. This template was developed by constitutional lawyers engaged by Golf Australia to assist clubs nationwide. Numerous Sydney golf clubs have successfully adopted new constitutions using this method.
